I ordered the Suave shampoo and conditioner from suave.com because my hair has been feeling dry lately, and I was hoping this would be an easy fix. The ordering process was fine, though I’m getting tired of dealing with websites and automated systems for every little thing instead of just getting straightforward help.

The shampoo smelled nice and lathered well enough, so I was hopeful at first. But after using it a few times, my hair still felt rough and kind of flat. The conditioner didn’t really add much softness either, which was disappointing.
For the price, I guess it’s not terrible, but it just didn’t do much for me. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but I probably won’t be ordering it again

Every time I check, the items I need seem to be out of stock. I don’t know if I’m just having bad timing, but it’s frustrating when this keeps happening

I picked up the coconut one and it smells so good, like soft and not overpowering at all. I can still smell it in my hair for a few hours, which is nice... just wish it stuck around a little longer. But for the price, I’m happy with it

Right out of the box, my first impression was that it felt cheaper than I expected. I kept hoping it would seem better once I used it more, but it still doesn’t feel like it was worth what I paid.

I’ve been using Suave shampoo and body wash for a while, it’s been totally fine for my hair and skin. I know it’s not some expensive fancy brand, but I don’t really see the point in paying more when this doesn’t irritate my skin at all. My hair feels clean without getting super dry or weighed down, which is what I care about most. I’ve got somewhat sensitive skin, so finding something cheap that doesn’t cause issues feels like a win to me.
